Branching Out

Branching Out provides custom experiential learning experiences to unite groups, build trust, and instill leadership skills. Through expert facilitation, our programs and activities provide the opportunity for individuals and groups to practice creative and effective ways to solve problems; learn to improve channels of communication; understand strengths and weaknesses in self and others; and recognize how capitalizing on each others’ strengths can lead to greater achievement for all. Individuals will learn to take appropriate risks, use logical reasoning, improve reflective thinking skills and build greater self confidence. By connecting, experiencing, sharing and processing activities together, groups can apply what they have learned in their day-to-day activities.

Bring your team for a unique experience at the Reynolds Homestead, or let us bring our program to you. Whether your group is a dozen or less, or more than 100, we can design a program to meet your organization’s training needs. At Reynolds Homestead, your team can learn while experiencing a series of challenges on our low ropes adventure course. Our staff can also facilitate activities for a team retreat including strategic planning, goal setting, conflict management, and working with different personalities.

Half-day or full-day programs can be custom designed to meet your organization’s needs. Meeting room space is available and boxed lunches or a buffet meal can be included as part of your program.

The Reynolds Homestead Challenge Course was designed and constructed as an Eagle Scout project by Cameron Tatum and was supervised by Wesley Tatum.
