Branching Out

Branching Out provides custom experiential learning experiences to unite groups, build trust, instill leadership skills, develop strengths, and provide growth opportunities for all participants.

Through expert facilitation, our programs and activities provide the opportunity for individuals and groups to:

  • practice creative and effective ways to solve problems.
  • learn to improve channels of communication.
  • understand strengths and weaknesses in self and others.
  • recognize how capitalizing on one others’ strengths can lead to greater achievement for all.

Individuals will learn to take appropriate risks, use logical reasoning, improve reflective thinking skills and build greater self confidence. By connecting, experiencing, sharing and processing activities together, groups can apply what they have learned in their day-to-day activities.

Bring your team for a unique experience at the Reynolds Homestead, or let us bring our program to you. Whether your group is a dozen or less, or more than 100, we can design a program to meet your organization’s training needs. At Reynolds Homestead, your team can learn while experiencing a series of challenges on our low ropes adventure course. Our staff can also facilitate activities for a team retreat including strategic planning, goal setting, conflict management, and working with different personalities.

Half-day or full-day programs can be custom designed to meet your organization’s needs. Meeting room space is available and boxed lunches or a buffet meal can be included as part of your program.

Call today to set up a challenging growth experience for your team.

Challenge Course

The Reynolds Homestead Challenge Course is designed to enrich the emotional, physical, and social well-being of the individual and the group through cooperative activities, initiatives, and challenges. It is a valuable resource for schools, community groups, families, sports teams, and businesses, providing safe, fun, and innovative activities to help build relationships, improve communication, and develop leadership potential.

What to expect, fees, and more

The challenge course includes introductory activities, safety briefings, ground initiatives, and low ropes challenge elements. Each program is custom designed to meet the needs and goals identified by the group leader. Programs can be as short as four hours, and staff can easily develop full day and multi-day programming as well. Our facilitators are highly trained in guiding, spotting, and debriefing/reflection activities. Because each program is unique, fees vary. Contact the Reynolds Homestead to learn more.
