Awards reception
A reception and awards ceremony will be held on Sunday, November 17 at 2:00 pm and will include presentation of awards to artists. All artists who enter the show are encouraged to attend. The reception is open to the public, so artists are encouraged to invite friends and family.
Exhibitor information
Work entered may be any photographic style—black and white, HDR, drone, or panoramic. Any drone photography submitted must be listed as not for sale. All photographic media is acceptable. Entries must be original and the photographer’s own work. Entries will be disqualified if shown to be copies.
Categories for the adult division are: landscape, portrait, event, black and white, macro photography, and digital enhancement. The youth division is not divided into categories.
PLEASE NOTE: Each category must have a minimum of 6 entries to be judged. If any category fails to meet the minimum number of entries, our staff will assign items to the next closest category. All entries are eligible for Best in Show and special awards regardless of category.
A non-refundable entry fee per artist is required. Please make entry checks payable to VT Foundation. adults: $25 per entry for a maximum of 2 submissions; youth (12-17): $10 per entry for a maximum of 2 submissions.
