Participating in Leadership Patrick County has been a transformative experience for me as a developing hospitality leader. The connections I made and the insights I gained from my peers have been incredible. The wonderful facilitators at Reynolds Homestead create an environment that truly connects you to the community and our future, inspiring me to change my professional role to better help others. I not only deepened my understanding of leadership but also built meaningful relationships within our community. This experience has significantly shaped my career and enhanced my ability to contribute to my team, company, and Patrick County. “
